Land Sea Air Manufacturing works 4 x 10 hour days.

Paid Vacation

Land Sea Air Manufacturing uses PTO (Paid Time Off). Team members schedule time as they choose.

Paid Holidays

All major holidays are observed plus occasionally an additional day off.

Health Insurance

Land Sea Air Manufacturing provides a quality health care program through Care First Blue Choice Maryland.  There are three plans to choose from. Land Sea Air Manufacturing pays 67% of health insurance cost for the team member and their family regardless of plan chosen.  Details of each plan are provided to qualified team member candidates.

Dental Insurance

If Dental coverage is elected, the full premium is the responsibility of the team member.  It will be a biweekly deduction from payroll.

Life and Disability Insurance

At no expense to the team member, Land Sea Air Manufacturing provides Life Insurance through Medical Life.  

Long Term Disability Insurance 

Provided at no cost to the team member.  The benefit pays after 180 days of being on disability and will pay 60% of the team member’s annual salary. Team member eligibility for Life and Disability Insurance is the first of the month following 90 days after date of hire.

Retirement Planning

After team members have been employed for 1 year, they are eligible to participate in our SIMPLE IRA retirement plan.  Open enrollment for the Simple IRA begins in November and ends December 31st. Human resources will hand out enrollment forms to those who are eligible.
